SportyCamps Coaches

SportyCamps has coaching positions available in the following disciplines
for summer 2010:-

Rugby

Dance

Hockey

Netball

SportyCamps has vacancies for coaches to instruct youth players aged 6 -16 during the summer holidays.
These Camps operate across the South of England from 26th July to 27 August, 2010.

The coaches we are seeking will be highly motivated and keen to make a difference to the sporting experience of young club players. You will be required to submit to an Enhanced CRB check, First Aid training and coaching inset - at no cost to you.

SportyCamps Coaching Requirements

All of SportyCamps staff and coaches are first and foremost expected to act as a role model. Only then can safe, appropriate, enjoyable and long term learning take place.

The SportyCamps Codes of Conduct and Code of Ethics will ensure that all children and young people, as well as the individuals who work with them, will enjoy their sport in a safe environment. When working with young people coaches and officials of SportyCamps must adopt and action the contents of these policies.

All SportyCamp coaches also complete -

    •  SportCoachUK Child Protection Workshop
    •  Sports First Aid
    •  Inset training in their sport
    •  Enhanced CRB check

(All coaches will have obtained Enhanced CRB clearance before being accepted as a SportyCamp coach.)

Sporty Camps Coaches Induction

This year's SportyCamps staff induction is set for Sunday, July, 11th or Saturday, July 18th.
All staff and coaches must attend one of these days for training, and instruction.
